NoSetups is a browser-based platform that lets users write, run, and preview code — including multi-page projects — without installing any software or configuring a local development environment.

The Service is intended for general audiences, including both beginners and professional developers. By using NoSetups, you agree that you will not:

We reserve the right to restrict, throttle, or block access for any use that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or threatens the stability or security of the Service.

04User Content & Code

"User Content" means any code, text, or other material you create, write, or run using NoSetups.

• You retain ownership of any User Content you create. We do not claim ownership over the code you write.
• You are solely responsible for the User Content you create and for ensuring it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
• Because the Service runs in your browser, we do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the correctness, security, or legality of User Content.
• You must not upload or execute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others through the Service.

05Intellectual Property

The NoSetups name, logo, interface design, and underlying platform technology are the property of NoSetups and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for your own User Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written permission.
